Josh’s taco shack is the best taco shack. It’s taco Tuesday Monday. Give me tacos, or give me death. Carne asada on corn tortillas. Tacos, tacos, tacos. Yeah, apparently the taco shack was robbed. They left the money but took the tacos. TACOS!! Ooh, with diced onions and a pinch of cilantro. It’s taco time all the time. Let’s do a beef and a chicken, and one with both. Black or pinto beans?

Fish tacos: lettuce or cabbage, pico de gallo, avocado and a sour cream or citrus/mayonnaise sauce, all placed on top of a corn or flour tortilla. It’s a wonderful morning for breakfast tacos. Tacos Al pastor/De Adobada are made of thin pork steaks seasoned with adobo seasoning, then skewered and overlapped on one another on a vertical rotisserie cooked and flame-broiled as it spins.
